Assembly Operator Jobs

The Assembly Operator reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for assembling, packaging, pick-up and delivery of electronics. The role is also accountable for meeting and exceeding company-wide expectations in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and attitude/teamwork.

Braemac is an electronic component distributor, within the TTI Family of Specialists. This position is on-site in Fremont, CA.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assembly of electronics/sheet metal brackets, labeling, and packaging.
Driving company vehicle for pickups and deliveries.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
Keep track of components for multiple projects.
Restocking items for order fulfillment.
Cross-train in multiple aspects of the assembly process.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma, or equivalent

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Inventory/warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to carefully follow instructions.
• Detail oriented, with a firm understanding and execution of QC standards.
• While unassisted: bend, sit, kneel, and squat, balance, twist and turn, reach over one's shoulders, walk and stand continuously for extended periods of time.
• Must be responsible and reliable.
• Safely work around ESD sensitive devices.
• Ability to lift to shoulder height and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Clean driving record.

The pay rate for this position is $20 - $22/hour.
