Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets is seeking an Assembly Associate. This role is responsible for utilizing simple hand and power tools to assemble, manufacture, disassemble, repair, sort, and inspect small soap-dispensing units and larger sub-assembly machines.

What You Will Do:
- Accurately processes necessary paperwork related to labor reporting and record keeping
- Performs simple hydraulic and electrical checks to ensure the proper function of assembled equipment
- Assists in training teammates
- Proactively communicates maintenance needs, quality issues or other situations that impact safety, quality or productivity to the appropriate leader
- Ensures constant communication with management on daily activities and losses
- Utilizes TPM tools improve safety, efficiency, increase service to our customers and reduce cost
- Works from process and specifications sheets
- Performs assigned re-manufacturing operations including disassembly, minor repairs, sorting, cleaning, polishing, inspection and re-assembly
- Assembles light mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic components to exact specifications
- Other duties as assigned
Position Details:
- Work week and shift: 1st Shift (M-F 6a-4:30p)
- Plant location: Winston-Salem
- Compensation package offered: $17 / HR + $1500 Sign On Bonus!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have basic math ability
- Immigration Sponsorship not available for this opportunity
- Experience using hand and power tools
- High School diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
- Must be able to stand upwards of 10 hours
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and team-orientated
- Good time-management and communication skills
