Salary Range

$90,000 to $120,000/ annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Your Impact

As an Area Operations Manager, you will:

  • Drive customer satisfaction to increasingly improve over customer repeat rate and NPS
  • Develop budgets and projects for kitchens and focus kitchens to successfully execute
  • Oversee a region comprised of up to 10 units across the North East delivering high-quality and better-for-you food for a loyal customer base
  • Work with headquarters to develop and instill best practices and new systems in the organization
  • Work directly with kitchen managers to ensure strong financial performance across your region


This role requires frequent travel to our North East locations, including but not limited to: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Virginia. We are seeking candidates who are based in or near this region.


Skills & Experience

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, ability to work quickly & cross-functionally on ambiguous problems
  • Track record of working in collaboration with headquarters to build new systems and processes
  • Ability to work in a growing and dynamic operation and act resourcefully to drive results
  • 5+ years driving results at a successful QSR company directly managing multiple kitchens
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proven experience as a leader who can earn the trust of their team, and motivate them to achieve their goals
