Architectural Designer Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. While at Studio MH you will work closely with our team to support the design and production of high-quality residential projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including details and schedules for our interior and exterior design projects. This includes millwork details, tilework details, interior elevations, floor plans, and sections.

· Maintain / organize project files, documents, and information.

· Site visits and on-site client meetings.

· Collaborate with designers and clients to develop design concepts and ideas.

· Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously.

· Conduct research on materials, products, and building codes and standards.

· Assist in the coordination and communication with consultants, contractors, and clients.

· Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.

· Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, fast paced team player.

· Proficient in AutoCAD or basic understanding of and willingness to improve upon skills.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

· Ability to work well in a team environment and under tight deadlines.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in execution of assignments.

· Strong understanding of and proficiency in producing all schedules.

· Job site experience includes working with architects, builders, and landscape architects.

· Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.
