Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Architect with a passion for designing and creating innovative structures. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a variety of buildings, from residential homes to large commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients and builders to ensure that their visions are brought to life while adhering to strict safety and building codes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Managing project timelines and budgets
• Collaborating with other architects and construction professionals to ensure proper implementation of designs
• Liaising with government officials and building code inspectors to ensure compliance with regulations
• Overseeing construction projects and resolving any issues that may arise
• Creating and presenting proposals, reports, and budgets to clients
• Conducting research and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
• Meeting with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
• Creating detailed building plans and blueprints using CAD software

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, construction professionals, and other architects
• Demonstrable experience with CAD software and other design tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management and leadership skills
• Professional licensure preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict building codes
