Position Details: The Appointment Specialist is responsible for selling the company's products and services to potential new clients using telephone, text, email, and other digital mediums. They influence clients to buy by following a prepared sales talk, product information and price quotations. They are also responsible for accurate and efficient data entry. Remote work opportunities.


Responsibilities Include


  • Inform and educate customers of the products and services the company provides.
  • Represent the company in a professional & ethical manner consistent with the company's integrity and values.
  • Inbound Sales: Responding to inbound sales leads and closing sales leads
  • Participate in lead generating company events & trade shows.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments and other inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Achieve and maintain KPI's set by the company.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Outbound Sales: Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Track all leads & sales.
  • Accurate, dependable, and consistent data entry.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all finance, rebate, reward, and promotional programs.
  • Outbound Sales: Responsible for making outbound communication with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process


Required Qualifications


  • Excellent objection handling skills.
  • Strong aptitude for using technology (computers, software, and apps).
  • Great customer service skills.
  • No sales experience necessary! Must be confident and persuasive.
  • Exceptional organizational and self-managing skills.
