Job Overview:
The Appointment Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Purchasing team. This position will contact the KBB-ICO leads (Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offers), help set appointments and then distribute to the buying team. The majority of the schedule will be worked at the Auto Buying Center Located in our new Collision Center. The completion of a purchase (Documents) and communicating with customers during the purchase will also be needed at times.
Schedule:
  • Part-Time / Flexible with days and hours
  • Full-Time / Monday-Friday 11:00am to 7:00pm
Compensation:
  • $18-$20 per hour – full time
  • Bonus paid for each appointment set that shows

Qualifications:
  • Solid customer service skills, needs to be able to build rapport quickly with individuals selling their vehicles
  • Strong analytical aptitude and comfortable with all internet Consumer Websites
  • Very Good understanding of Excel, word, email and document handling
  • Positive and energetic work ethic and the passion to succeed every day
  • Excellent attention to detail is a must
  • Follow up with missing titles, transportation and assign drivers for off-site vehicle delivery
