Appointment Coordinator Jobs

Responsible for inbound/outbound calls and scheduling service appointments, filing and general office machines
This position helps keep our service customers updated on their appointments and services needed to maintain their vehicle
Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a excellent customer service experience, keeping records of inbound and outbound calls, scanning repair orders.

Qualifications:

• Previous phone experience a must, previous automotive experience a plus, phone/call center experience a plus, looking for someone who works well alone and well with others. Good phone and computer skills a must.
