Job Description
  • Jira a plus
  • Google Suite a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, prior customer service experience desired
  • Java C# knowledge and SQL development/scripting
  • Transfer to 3rd Level as appropriate
  • Writing scripts for integrations
  • Experience with Windows Package Application Admin
  • Responsible for supporting and troubleshooting Transportation team application suite
  • Liaison to Help Desk for process improvements
  • Maintain support documentation
  • Respond to Tickets / JIRAs / Requests for Assistance
  • Experience in Agile/SAFe environments a plus
