Accounts Payable Specialist | Hybrid | $25-31/hr DOE | San Diego, CA | Contract to Hire


Are you an accounting professional in search of your next fulfilling opportunity? A manufacturing company is looking to add an experienced AP specialist to their team. Who You Are:


  • Minimum 5-7 years of accounts payable in a high-volume setting required
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field highly desired
  • Syspro & Avalara system experience preferred


What You’ll Do:


  • Reconcile vendor statements, process payments including wires and ACH's
  • Assist with month end accruals
  • Process high volume invoices, research and resolve discrepancies


What does this position pay?


Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.


The expected range for this role is $25 to $31 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
