Online Order Expo Job Summary: GOLDLEAF is looking for someone with exceptional organization and communication skills to fill incoming orders at our Annapolis Medical Cannabis Dispensary. The ideal candidate will be able to work for long periods of time in one area. Priorities include filling orders and notifying patients' status. SEEKING APPLICANTS WITH FULL-TIME, OPEN AVAILABILITY Requirements: High school or equivalent (Required) Must be at least 21 years of age. Must successfully pass criminal background check. One to two years demonstrated work experience in customer service and/or sales, in a fast paced, demanding retail environment. Positive attitude in high volume sales settings. Success working closely with many different personality types. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to interact and work proactively with customers and staff. Organized and flexible, with a team-player mindset. Attention to detail. Responsibilities Online Order Expo is responsible for filling incoming orders and preparing them for pick-up. Online Order Expo will need to monitor and sufficiently navigate through all ordering platforms. Need to be familiar with all aspects of the floor and be able to navigate within the guide to accurately fill incoming orders. Communicate with coworkers/supervisors if needed to locate product necessary for each order. Online Order Expo must work quickly and efficiently, ensuring complete accuracy on each order. Expo team members will ensure that the patient has been notified that their order is ready before placing it with the other completed orders. Double checking all orders that have been accurately prepared. Making sure that everything on the ticket is in the bag with correct items. Prioritizing orders in the order they are received, ensuring older tickets are completed in a prompt manner. Need to be able to operate within our POS in order to determine how much of each item is in our inventory. Need to communicate with patients over the phone and in person effectively while all while using exceptional customer service. Ability to perform additional tasks as necessary and directed by management.
