YOUR MISSION

  • Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes, and practices.
  • Assist in operational requests – reports, research, etc
  • Identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements
  • Aid and advise business users in the effective use of applications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting software application issues.
  • Provide data for analysis in key performance areas.
  • After hours call support.

YOUR TALENT

  • Ability to be flexible working independently as well as a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with database, SQL, and user support.
  • Warehouse Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Prefer WMS system experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
