Job Description

Who is Confident Kids Coaching International?

We support gifted and high ability children ages 7-12 in building confidence, calm, and connection. Kids learn how to process their emotions, step into their best self, love themselves, overcome their struggles and challenges, and thrive in life.


We also guide parents in understanding how to effectively support and parent their high ability children. When both parents and kids are empowered and supported, a joyful and peaceful family is possible, as well as a limitless future.


Responsibilities

  • Use coaching tools and our methodologies to help kids and parents step into their power and gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their objectives and unlock their potential
  • Have consistent availability of at least 10 hours a week to meet with kids or parents in 1:1 sessions (with a potential to increase these hours)
  • Answer emails as needed
  • Learn and use the Confident Kids tools and strategies to guide kids and parents through the program
  • Suggest improvements for the program and systems used
  • Provide exceptional service and answer parent questions on Voxer (voice messaging app) as needed
  • Complete detailed tracking of client progress using the systems provided and document within 24 hours of completion of session
  • Attend and participate in all team meetings
  • Implement the Confident Kids Program curriculum in your sessions with kids


Requirements

  • Ability to deeply connect with gifted children and the expert knowledge to understand their challenges
  • Ability to communicate confidently, compassionately, and clearly with parents
  • Must have a coaching, teaching, or counseling certification or licensure
  • Ability to hold parents and kids accountable to their commitments and goals
  • Is passionate about transforming the lives of gifted kids
  • 10 years of high performance coaching, teaching, or counseling experience is preferred
  • 5 years of coaching, teaching, or counseling experience required
