Agronomy Distribution Center Manager

We are looking for a Location Manager to lead our Agronomy Service Center (ASC) in Park City, KS. You will be a valued team member responsible for directing ASC customer and logistic operations activities at the site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Customer relationship management (40%)
• Budgeting/capital/expense management (10%)
• Other duties as assigned.
• Personnel management (25%)
• Supply chain management (20%)
• Compliance & safety (5%)

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to demonstrate successful past leadership in operations, warehouse management, and/or managing personnel.
• If no Bachelor's Degree then 5+ years' experience in agriculture or related field
• Current driver’s license

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3 years of experience managing people.
• Practical experience building sales and inventory forecasts, collaborating with internal supply chain partners, and/or managing a substantial budget.
• Practical experience working with DOT regulations, EH&S programs, and other compliance/safety procedures.
