We are hiring an Admissions Coordinator to oversee all transitions within Continuing Care. This role serves as the primary contact for residents, family members, and nursing staff during moves in, out, and within the building.

How you will make an impact:

• Verifying financial information and providing an application for resident approval.
• Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents’ care and safety.
• Managing all activities related to moves in, out, and within Continuing Care.
• Educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents
• Developing referral network within the community for available services
• Supporting residents through the process, resolving issues, and meeting special needs as they arise.

• Compensation: Wages starting at $24 / hour (based upon experience)

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare sales experience preferred(will consider candidates with residential, leasing or retail sales experience),
• Experience in CCRC, ALF, or SNF preferred.
