Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Admissions Assistant at our Corporate Office in Cherry Hill, NJ!
  • Operates independently in prioritizing own workload and that of others in determining how best to accomplish work objectives.
  • Is proactive in identifying, following through, and resolving various issues.
  • Organizes, prepares and disseminates documents and information on a timely basis.
  • Supports special projects as required.
  • Provides advanced administrative support, which involves answering, screening, and responding to inquiries on behalf of those supported; drafting, typing, proofreading, and editing documents; creating and maintaining confidential and sensitive files, records and reference materials; opening, distributing, and independently and proactively responding to mail; etc.
  • Anticipates information needed by those supported and independently takes necessary action to compile and provide information.
  • Uses CRM system, Salesforce, to maintain client records. Reviews, organizes, uploads client records into data base and distributes to appropriate teams.
  • Using broad level of skills and knowledge, provides diversified and advanced administrative support to Admissions Department.
  • Speaks and acts on behalf of those supported regarding a variety of issues and topics that may cross organization departments/programs. Deals directly with external contacts, including families, in a liaison capacity on behalf of those supported.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of five years of related work experience preferred.
