Job Description

We’re looking for an amazing Administrative Sales Supervisor to fill this role. This is a remote-based, work-from-home position. You’ll be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, development, and support to the administrative specialist(s) and Sales Support Coordinators teams to deliver efficient outbound consumer sales operations, while keeping in line with the Company’s strategy of maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty. They will also be accountable for identifying training and performance needs, monitoring phone and work queue performance, developing action plans for improving and sustaining team performance as well as participating in and completing special projects as assigned.


Responsibilities

  • Serves as our go-to Consumer Programs representative for internal brand communication
  • Additional duties as assigned by the managers.
  • Coach/monitor Administrative Specialists Payroll/Time Management process to ensure all agent’s approved time is updated correctly and payroll is processed accurately and on time. Action disciplinary actions for agents in non-compliance of attendance policy
  • Meet with Sales Supervisors weekly to discuss agent time management & attendance performance and advise of action disciplinary action as necessary.
  • Monitor Administrative Specialist process of booking credit, update bookings and reporting with analytics and operational managers. Continue to review process and communication to the agents to be more effective. Work with operations manager on Tableau updates.
  • Collaborating with the management team to review and enhance operational procedures and processes to support the consumer programs team's continuing growth and development
  • Develop reporting for Sales Support Coordinators call queue to determine and future hiring needs. Develop SSC scorecard with data analyst for the team to have daily viewership of their KPIs.
  • Perform monthly 1:1coaching sessions with Sales Support Coordinators. Provide action plan at each session to improve process for achieve KPIs and department standards. Hold SSC accountable for achieving KPIs and implement disciplinary action as necessary.
  • Managing the new hire’s onboarding department process through IT tickets as well coordinating with Operation Managers, CRM System supervisor and Lead Sales Coach to ensure the transition from Enrichment training.


Requirements

  • Well versed using integrated coaching strategies to provide real time observations to coach the agents to make the most out of every call.
  • Self-motivated, coachable and a logical thinker.

  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability and proven success influencing and motivating others.

  • Basic knowledge of employment law.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrated strong work ethic.
  • Minimum of1 years of supervisory/lead experience directing and managing individuals or a team
  • Minimum of 1-2 year supervisory/lead experience directing and managing individuals or a team.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with management, agents, and guests in multiple locations of the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to generate reports, graphs, and business correspondence

  • Base Hourly Range: $22.74 to $30.72. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base hourly is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
