About The Job


Twine Freelancers work quickly and efficiently to produce high-quality results. We are looking for Seasonal Designer for a family-owned photography studio.


Responsibilities


  • Edit and organize student information for school and preschool volume-based work
  • Provide behind-the-scenes support to the Schools department
  • Take pride in executing responsibilities to contribute to the company's success
  • Work as part of a small team to ensure tasks are completed effectively
  • Process images and create post-picture day administrative products
  • Support the overall production process and ensure smooth operations
  • Organize and manage tasks to efficiently check items off the to-do list
  • Assist in digital and administrative production for the rapidly expanding company
  • Execute tasks quickly and efficiently with astute attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals


Requirements


  • Quick learner who takes direction cheerfully and responsively
  • Successfully adapt to the production requirements of a high-volume studio while maintaining established quality standards
  • Sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel and its basic functions
  • Ability to take responsibility and ownership of projects and personal pride in your work
  • Excellent personal and professional discretion
  • A work environment that prioritizes health and safety to include personal protective supplies provided to each employee
  • Attentive to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of work
