Job Description

Kane Partners is searching for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper for a general contracting company in the Greater Philadelphia area. We are searching for a strong Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper with recent construction industry experience.


Key Responsibilities:

· Responsibilities include contacting clients regarding monthly bookkeeping work, responding to client requests, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

· Prepare quarterly payroll taxes and year end payroll reconciliations along with preparing annual forms.

· Record day-to-day financial transactions for clients and complete the posting process and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable for clients.

· Assistance with invoices such as calling vendors and reconciling outstanding invoices.

· Provide support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.


This is a full-time Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper position with the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the future success of our clients. Having previous construction industry experience will be a big plus in this role.
