Job Description

Seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team in the Northern Liberties section of the city. In this role you will provide administrative and accounting support for commercial and residential construction projects. Candidates for this role must have experience in either construction, real estate development, or property management. Duties:

  • Managing Security Deposit Refunds: preparing the refund checks and sending out
  • Organizing due dates of bills and helping with check runs
  • Scanning and inputting invoices into the system (QuickBooks/AppFolio)
  • Managing Certificates of Insurance: ensuring updated certificates and reaching out to vendors for up-to-date paperwork
  • Opening / organizing the mail
  • Printing checks


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Bookkeeping at a construction, real estate development, or property management company
  • Must be proficient in QuickBooks
