Target Hiring Range: $25.22 - $30.26 per hour (DOQ)
Performs administrative support work providing general clerical and office support duties to the Information Technology division, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the close supervision of the assigned Director, Manager or Supervisor ("supervisor").

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of experience in an office setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry.
- Prior experience in the following areas as it relates to IT: license renewal tracking, purchasing and requisitions, monitoring and maintaining contracts with vendors and suppliers and maintaining Service Level Agreements.
- General working knowledge of information technology operations.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer service.
Selection will be based on overall qualifications, skills testing, and an interview process. Final candidate selected will be subject to a comprehensive background/reference check commensurate to the position.
