Performs intermediate administrative support work providing general clerical and office support duties for Department Director, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Energy Services Director (supervisor).

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED and two (2) years experience in an office setting.
- Intermediate or higher skill level with Microsoft Office Programs specifically Work, Excel and Outlook.
- High level of organization skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior customer service experience with excellent customer service skills.
- Prior experience with records management.
- Previous experience working and communicating positively with the public.
Selection will be based on overall qualifications, skills testing, and an interview process. Final candidate selected will be subject to a comprehensive background and reference check commensurate to the position.
