Job Title: Admin Assistant II
Preferred bill rate: $39.15 - Please ensure experience matches bill rate
Length of assignment: Minimum 6 months
How many positions: 3
What is the preferred candidate location (local, non-local, remote?) and is there flexibility? If remote possibility, indicate schedule: Akron Springside. Open to remote within driving distance to office. At times candidate will be required to be in-office for big project or meetings.

Quick description of the role or project story (What this role will be doing):
This role will assist with reviewing and organizing completed construction project paperwork that has been scanned and entered in the DEO document management system (FileNet). Candidates should have experience with documentation management. Experience with construction documentation compliance review, including reviewing electrical documentation.
For each construction project documents will be tagged with the appropriate document type in FileNet, file names updated as needed, and documents reordered as needed to fit the DEO audit template.

  • Strong organizational and tracking skills related to document management/document review
  • Reading and interpreting construction and compliance documents
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
