Job Description

BeiGene is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Hopewell site. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage the needs of many, be self-motivated, and demonstrates strong abilities in scheduling and calendar management.


This is a temporary 3-6 month assignment, based onsite in our Hopewell, NJ facility.


Essential Functions Of The Job


  • Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
  • Partner with the Executive Assistant to support a fast-growing facility
  • Organize and schedule meetings
  • Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, expenses, and travel
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate phone, video, and in-office interviews
  • Provide support to multiple team members


Qualifications


  • A positive can-do attitude
  • 4+ years’ experience assisting high level leaders; multiple disciplines a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to relate well with all levels of management and peers
  • High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proven experience in scheduling and managing multiple calendars via Outlook
  • Extensive experience in efficiently multi-tasking between business partners and priorities
  • Ability to independently work in an ambiguous yet fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, team-oriented philosophy, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities


Computer Skills


  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Concur, Zoom

Salary Range: $29.13 - $37.13 per hour

Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
