Summary
The A&D (architect and designer) segment of the Caesarstone value chain is an important channel that drives major category/industry influence while representing some of the largest, high-profile design/construction projects in the commercial and residential building industry. The A&D Market Manager role will ensure that the face of Caesarstone is established as a brand and category leader to drive market influence with architects, designers, and design influencers & educators.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop & maintain project opportunity pipeline, focused on obtaining product specifications on new development multifamily projects, that will meet individual KPIs, Regional and National set goals.
  • Prepare lead list, targeted opportunities/firms, and project status reports.
  • Attend regional and national industry events.
  • Present, educate and inspire designers’ interest in using Caesarstone products through a range of activities: product knowledge meetings, lunch-and-learns, design & development meetings, CEU presentations, company & industry events, and social media channels.
  • Manage and maintain account relationships.
  • Increase project win rate by following the New Development business process.
  • Align with Caesarstone’s marketing message and strategy providing a clear one-voice into the market.
  • Develop expertise in Caesarstone products, systems, and services.
  • Participate in industry associations and related events to increase brand awareness and identify new project leads.
  • Drive Caesarstone specifications through targeted A&D firms & project opportunities.
  • Collaborate with New Development team members throughout project life cycle from conception through completion.
  • Utilize and maintain sales and marketing materials.
  • Participate in Caesarstone Learning-Hour.
  • Ability to provide viable product solutions to designers for project design, application, and budgetary needs.
  • Leverage Caesarstone systems and 3rd party tools to seek & identify new project leads.
  • Proactively prepare action plans and scheduled appointments.
Requirements:
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
  • Proven history of sales success identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations, create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Sales, or equivalency in experience.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of persuading/influencing others.
  • Must be willing to travel. Valid Driver’s License and willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work requires significant local travel and may require occasional overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work.
