Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors or other managers within the department. This individual will track and research any accounting issues that arise. They will work closely with all internal business units to aid in their financial tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable duties
  • Assist accounting personnel


Start ASAP, goal is to eventually go perm

- 100% remote role is CST time zone. Candidates must be located in the CST time zone.

- Job duties: reconciling accounts and collecting, researching, creating reports if necessary

- Must haves: billing & collecting experience, familiar with one or more of the listed portals- CoreGo, Koupa, ServiceChannel, Pilot, and/or Ariba, upper-intermediate or expert experience with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.), comfortable with being client-facing, able to escalate issues, good research skills, good attention to detail.

- Lots of teamwork initially but will become more independent as time goes on
