FULL-TIME | IN-OFFICE


Boulo Solutions is sourcing candidates for a growing company in Liberty Park, AL looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Associate (Level II) to join their team.


The Accounts Receivable Level II (ARII) associate is responsible for supporting the company by managing key customers accounts receivables. This associate will analyze data and prepare information to identify areas to improve processes and to minimize risk. This position will also reconcile customer accounts through chargeback, dispute, and pricing analysis. At all times maintain the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values.

Responsibilities:


Basic responsibilities include all the Accounts Receivable Level I obligations for key accounts including:


  • Credit Hold Management
  • Aging Management
  • Collections
  • Cash Receipts


Disputes, Chargebacks, and Pricing Management:


  • Respond to correspondence from customers and account representatives.
  • Work with all areas of company to form cross-functional teams to improve collection efforts and reduce future claims.
  • Prepare and execute action plans to increase percentage of dispute dollars collected vs. filed.
  • Make process improvements and systems enhancements to increase timeliness of disputes filed and processed.
  • Accept or deny disputes requests in accordance with policies.
  • Respond efficiently, accurately and courteously on all disputes transactions through verbal, written, and electronic communications.


Reporting & Analytics Support:


  • Identify areas of opportunity to cut cost without jeopardizing service.
  • Produce reports from database tools as required.
  • Develop, format and publish weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators.
  • Assist and contribute to the continuous development of predictive dispute metrics.


Preferred Skills:


  • Product knowledge.
  • Collections, A/R department knowledge.
  • Exposure to automated data exchange connectivity between vendors and WMS, TMS and/or ERP systems (Prophet 21 experience a plus)
  • Proficient with and/or working knowledge of various software offerings (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, customer portals), Tableau, ERP systems such as Prophet 21
  • Data entry / data analysis.
