Accounts Receivables

Pay- $20/h
Hours: 8am-5pm
Job responsibilities
Accounts receivables and administrative work.

• Might will help with accounts payable as well.
• Understanding the difference of a debit and credit
• Also assist with administrative work, so they will be answering the phones and front door, ordering office supplies and warehouse supplies, helping purchase fixed asset items ) and any other administrative functions as needed.
• Researching collections
• Experience using SAP and AS400
• They will work on accounting schedules and research old items on the schedules.
• Downloading and running the AR book weekly and holding a collections meeting to update managers on invoices.
• Collection calls to our customer,
