SUMMARYResponsible for reviewing and processing accounts payable invoices for payment.Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service
• Provide high level of customer service to colleagues and vendors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Training and providing customer service to facility accounts payable processors
• Responsible for timely posting of accounts payable invoices
• Assist with special projects as requestedMinimum Qualifications:
• Education required – High school diploma
• Prefer three years’ experience in accounts payable or equivalentRequired Qualifications:
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently yet be a team player
• Responsible for distributing correspondence including mail and packages, faxes, emails to facilities
• PC skills including spreadsheets
• Must pass the Background Check
• Experience with Great Plains preferred but other accounting software experience is acceptable
• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Must be pro-active and have excellent problem solving skills
• Audits invoices for accuracy, paying attention to g/l codes, authorization and accuracy keyed in by facility AP processor.
• Accounts payable processing including printing, auditing and filing reports, mailing checks; additional assistance required as necessary
• Responsible for timely processing of invoices including data entry and facility correspondence
