The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an Accounting Manager. Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of accounting experience with increased responsibility, preferably in a professional services firm.


  • Responsible for the entire billing process including billing and collections
  • Regularly and effectively communicate with leadership and clients
  • Oversee staff accountants
  • Conduct account reconciliations and analyze for accuracy
  • Perform all aspects of accounting including general ledger, AR, AP, and Payroll
  • File privilege taxes, use tax, and generate 1099s


Education Required


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related


Experience Required


  • QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience
  • Billing experience from a professional services firm
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong organizational skills
