- Additional duties/responsibilities as defined by the equipment office manager.
- Process equipment repair, maintenance and shop related invoices for payment.
- Document management functions, including scanning and filing.
- Cross train with other equipment office functions.
- Balance vendor statements.
- Process invoices and enter estimated payables at month-end close for invoices not received.
- Associate degree in accounting
- Four (4) or more years of accounting experience preferred
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive and learn in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Solid organizational skills
- Self-motivated, multi-tasker able to work independently
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
