Job Description
Position Summary: This is a hands-on, full-time, non-exempt position with day-to-day duties, including providing project assistance and administrative support to the plant manager and the controller. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, multitasking ability, and the eagerness to learn new skills. This is an onsite position at our client's location in Sacramento, CA. We believe collaboration is the key to success and pride ourselves on employee engagement to improve our organization and clients.


Essential Duties And Major Responsibilities


Requisitioning


  • Enter capital and expense requisitions (including change order and PO Closures)
  • Review Statement of work for all COUPA requisitions
  • Capital Spares Management
  • Understand the accounting framework and advise on requisitioning on proper charge allocation and sale tax liability


Project Controls and Support


  • Manage and create Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs)
  • Storeroom inventories, reporting, breakdown of work structures, capitalization of project elements in SAP


Education And Experience


  • Thorough understanding of principles of capital versus expense
  • Expert level computer skills required, including Excel, COUPA, SAP
  • High School Diploma or GED required


Specialized Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities


  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to openly communicate with both organizations
  • Accounting experience a plus


Wage: $20-$24 per hour


Work Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (30-minute lunch) onsite at our client’s location
