Description
Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Assistant! Your duties will be matching invoices, data entry, entering sales contracts into accounting systems, and all clerical tasks as assigned. This is a long-term contract / temporary to full-time position located in the Belmont, CA Area. This job is ideal for candidates seeking an energetic, team-oriented environment that offers an opportunity for career advancement. What you get to do every single day
  • Scan and file all sales contracts and invoices
  • Inventory count
  • Data entry of sales contracts and invoices
  • Companywide accounting: help with month-end closing other ad hoc projects
  • Organize documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of expenditure codes and accounting codes
Requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
  • Accounting knowledge. No degree required.
  • Basic Excel
  • Solid understanding of data entry
  • Expertise in filing
