- Posting Accounts Payable Invoices and Credit Memos
- Work respectfully, cooperatively, and professionally with others in the best interest of the company.
- Reconciling of customer and vendor statements
- Perform any other accounting duties as assigned
- Posting Accounts Receivable Invoices and Credit Memos
- Processing Incoming and Outgoing Funds
- Processing Inventory Correction Documents when applicable
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Produce reports and documents as required by the accounting team
- Experience in delivering and demanding a high level of customer service
- Ability to set and meet goals, meet deadlines, and organize work to be completed in a timely manner
- Solution-oriented professional who treats others with dignity and respect
- Capable of building positive working relationships with team members, customers and vendors
