Accounting Administrator Jobs

We are currently seeking a dedicated, focused, and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team here at IDN Armstrongs, Atlanta. As an essential member of our full-cycle accounting processes, you will play a critical role in data management, processing, and support for both internal and external customers. The Accounting Administrator is an entry-level role and will be responsible for, but not limited to: Invoice preparation, account maintenance, file organization, campaign processing, and first-point contact for customers & internal parties for accounting-related questions and files. This role has a significant importance to the continual flow of accounting processes and will have exposure to the full accounting cycle. This is an on-site position at our Chamblee, GA office.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, Print, and Code vendor invoices
• Other accounting-related projects & tasks as directed by the Accounting Manager
• Stuff & Mail customer invoices/statements
• The successful candidate will report to the Accounting Manager. This individual will also be working with branch employees and outside sales staff
• Take customer calls for payments and provide statements/invoices when requested
• Provide Accounts Payable with assistance towards invoice entry
• Organize & Maintain vendor invoices through all stages of their lifecycle
• Provide accounting support to other IDN Employees
• Assist in email/processing of customer campaigns related to account maintenance

Requirements

• Highly organized and focused
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
