Job Description


Excellent Opportunity With A Manufacturing Company: Temp-To-Hire After 90 Days!


  • $17/hr or more depending on experience
  • Monday-Friday schedule

  • 8am-5pm

As an Onin Teammate you will be part of accounting team that assists with A/R invoicing, emailing customers, shipping/receiving invoices, etc.


  • Trained to perform the shipping within Globetek for various customer shipments as needed
  • Emailing different customers invoices as required along with all shipping information
  • A/R invoicing - matching the quantities shipped along with prices from the customer purchase orders.
  • Completing BOL's (mostly PDF) for 3rd party customer shipments and providing to the shipping clerk prior to shipment
  • Using the Vendor Portal (USC Invoicing)
  • A/P entries for most supplies/vendors once approved


Work Experience


The Preferred Candidate May Have:


  • A/R experience
  • Vendor portal experience
  • Inventory Control experience
  • 3+ years
  • A/P experience
  • Organizational Skills
  • Shipping experience
