We are looking for a contracted Virtual Accounting Assistant to create long-term, trusting relationships with us and our clients. The Virtual Accounting Assistant’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients and to perform the tasks required to ensure compliance and accuracy with accounting and tax standards. This position would be a completely remote, work from home position. This position requires complete commitment and acceptance of responsibility to create 100% client satisfaction as you deliver a seamless integration of results on a day-to-day basis. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet and exceed client expectations, have a strong background in accounting and tax preparation and be prepared to be successful and committed to long term personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to partners
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Self-Motivated and ability to work remote with little supervision
• Demonstrable ability to communicate professionally and present accurate financial data

Reliable internet and Windows 10 operating computer are required.
