The Account Supervisor is the day-to-day lead on all digital and virtual event related items. Role is responsible for successful day to day platform operations with cross-team coordination, client coordination, meeting organization and production team coordination to deliver successful virtual activations.


Responsibilities:


Digital Platform Support


  • Works with lead client on all platform requests; sprint prioritization, creative briefs, reviews and approvals
  • Leads all internal analytics pulls and data tracking with internal Analyst, Account & Producer team (weekly coordination with team)
  • Responsible for gathering platform assets and tracking to MY change overs; vehicle assets, features copy and images, legal reviews
  • Coordinate with producers and product specialists for reporting needs
  • Manages to client timing ensuring briefs are signed off on, deliverables are tracking on time, documented client reviews
  • Partner with Sr. Producer to clearly communicate and meet the client needs/deadlines on key digital deliverables and sprint priorities / releases
  • Supports Analyst with analytic review and optimization recos for clients


Virtual Event Support


  • Documented and tracked client and legal reviews for all creative deliverables required for virtual events
  • Work with Sr. Producer on virtual event management meeting event specific deadlines, landing page creative, copy reviews
  • Creation of pre-production materials ensuring file upload and test events take place before going live with event content


Client & Team Support


  • Attend necessary client product and planning meetings with client counterpart – consult as agency subject-matter expert on program
  • Establish trusted relationships with client and program AOR’s
  • Participate in weekly client/inter-agency status meetings to ensure cohesion across offices/team members
  • Mentor junior team members, participate in goal planning and providing performance reviews
  • Assist the VPs in program requests, craft presentations outlining the platform, benefits and customizations


Qualifications


  • Ability to collaborate with team members, but also be a self-starter, identifying needs and gaps
  • Demonstrated background in Account Management in a creative agency environment
  • Desire to learn and iterate in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience with omni channel / integrated program planning and execution
  • 5+ years experience
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with peers across disciplines/offices
  • Responsible, detail driven and punctual
  • General understanding of all marketing channels and solid understanding of agency operations/services


Additional Information


The anticipated salary range for this position is $73,960-105,600. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
