- Generate best-in-class strategic proposals combining ideation, research, statistical data and graphics.
- Execute each media campaign from start to finish.
- This position administratively supports eight Account Executives, Sales Management, Programming, and Executive Leadership.
- Create sales orders, process traffic instructions, and promotional paperwork.
- Create promotional recaps for each project.
- Prioritizes tasks, meetings, and projects to ensure timely completion of goals and deliverables.
- This position is the liaison between Sales, Programming, and iHM Clients in Central PA.
- Assists Human Resource and EEO functions for the market.
- Keeps relevant stakeholders informed and makes sure that information is properly filtered throughout the team and office.
- Handles confidential matters with absolute trustworthiness; ensures interactions and transactions are ethical and convey integrity.
- Acts as team expert and go-to person for things related to the sales department.
- Preparation and execution of Digital and Social Media plans
- Other assignments as needed to facilitate partnership opportunities.
- Acts as Public File Director for the market.
- Anticipates and interprets the needs of management staff without direction.

- Flexibility and creativity
- 2+ years in media/advertising sales is preferred, but not required
- 1+ years in Key Account Coordination or Project Management preferred
- SalesForce, Media Monitors or other project management software experience is a plus
- High school diploma, college degree preferred

- Confidence to prospect and quickly build rapport with customers
- Ability to build a territory plan or account approach
- Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable applying active listening and influencing skills to drive sales
- Objective judgement and prior experience to solve business problems
- Knowledge of the media industry and related sales processes
- Desire to broaden sales capabilities and knowledge base
- Understanding of impact of your own efforts to meet sales quotas
- Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
- Accountability for your own work and a desire to provide guidance to new team members
