You Are:


The primary responsibility of the Account Coordinator, Amazon is to partner with the current Amazon teams on both named accounts (primary role) and other portfolio accounts (secondary role) to drive their business. In this role you will be working hand-in-hand with our brand partner, operations and advertising teams to ensure excellence in catalog quality, resolution of account issues and learning the basics of what it means to do business with Amazon proficiently.


The Work:


As Account Coordinator, Amazon you will,

  • Support named accounts with:
  • Catalog management/audits
  • Creation & execution of promotional catalogs
  • Assist with forecasting & inventory management
  • Cases creation, follow-up and successful resolution
  • Advertising reporting (monthly)
  • Advertising keyword research & execution
  • Own ongoing project calendar
  • Collect brand assets and partner with creative on execution of Brand Stores, A+, etc.
  • Work with 3rd party data providers and services to collect and analyze industry trends
  • Support other portfolio accounts with:
  • New account and new item set-up on behalf of brand partners
  • Assist current teams with data projects and analysis
  • Complete audits & content updates
  • Ad-hoc account needs

  • Here's what you need:


  • Minimum of 1 year professional experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with Microsoft office: Excel, PowerPoint

  • Bonus Points If:


  • Appreciate ambiguity and thrive in complex situations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable working with others and enjoys a collaborative work environment
  • Be bold. Not afraid to present a new approach/idea with thoughtful analysis and insight
  • Past experience in an agency or retail-based brand is preferred
  • Experience with Amazon.com operations preferred

  • Travel


    For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.     Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

    California $19.33 to $38.51


    Colorado $19.33 to $33.27


    New York - Albany $17.88 to $30.82


    New York City $22.36 to $38.51


    Washington $20.58 to $35.43
