Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key problem solver and the go to person for day-to-day distribution issues related to last minute orders and issues resulting from production timing.
• Cultivate and foster strong working relationships with 3PL partners.
• Develop and drive continuous improvement activities and projects to support new initiatives.
• Work closely with Account Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Accounting teams to ensure variances related to order issues are minimized.
• Improve team performance through coaching, mentoring, and training while proactively reviewing operational gaps and challenges.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key metrics.
• Supervise and develop a team of 3PL Operations Analysts and Administrators to meet organizational goals and priorities.

Key Skills and Experience Required

• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize while communicating effectively.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and present summary-level information to key stakeholders.
• 5+ years’ experience in supply chain operations.
• Ability to accurately execute solutions and new processes implemented to ensure an efficient system.
• Excellent Microsoft excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
