Alani Nu is on pace to grow revenue by 3X-4X from 2021 to 2022 and again in 2023 due to growth in the retail market. Alani Nu’s goal is to be the go-to ‘Better for You Brand’ for everything from everything from nutritional supplements, energy drinks, snacks and much more.
The role
Alani Nu is rapidly growing, and we are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team. The individual will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s financial and operational success. Our continued growth and industry expertise allow us to provide excellent opportunities for career development and advancement. The 3PL Operations Admin will be responsible for administrative functions related to the daily function of the team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative and analytical duties.
  • Serve as an internal reference point for cross functional teams through feedback, documentation & information.
  • Track and maintain status reports & outbound order documentation.
  • Lead the review and resolution of 3PL issues.
  • Maintain retail execution data and customer information in assigned resources/tools.
  • Cultivate and foster strong working relationships with 3PL partners.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Generate internal and external reporting.
Key Skills And Experience Required
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Proactive, self-starter, solutions oriented, embraces change, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Netsuite systems.
  • Ability to accurately execute solutions and implement new processes.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while communicating effectively.
  • Exceptional follow up and organizational skills.
