Position: Program Manager with Healthcare

Location: New Jersey and Sacramento, CA (Onsite from day one)

We will need someone who is very good in customer communication, stakeholder management and in relaying the same to the larger team and getting things done.

"Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5 years IT project management experience

Minimum of 5 years direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies

Strong demonstrated ability to Stakeholder management

Minimum of 5 years demonstrated competency with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI)

PMP Certification

Take complete ownership of the project including deliverables, schedule and cost

Excellent communication and presentation skills to plan and communicate program level updates to business stakeholders and sponsors.

Experienced to work in multi-partner scenarios with an ability to drive the discussions independently and can influence decision-making.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Should have managed data, analytics and product/platform engineering program

Conceptual understanding of Azure Cloud platform and related technologies

Understanding of healthcare domain especially public health is a plus

Highlight any risks or issues w.r.t. project schedule or cost slippage.

Proficient in Powerpoint and presentation tools
