Along with SkyART Operations Manager, regularly review contracts, revise schedules, and attend to all other practical details associated with programs

Youth Program Director Key Responsibilities

Motivation sessions: Encouraging students to advance in their academic apps and achieve their learning goals

Teaching or tutoring. Students learn solely from self-guided, adaptive learning apps.

Leading traditional lectures that students find boring or lack interaction.

Pushing kids to the point of burnout or disengagement.

Salary commensurate with education and experience.

Oversees program evaluation efforts and creates strategic plan to further develop program offerings

Manages annual budget; develops proposals and other initiatives for expanded program support

Manages professional and clerical staff

Bachelor's Degree and eight years' relevant experience required.

Developing and managing the program launch

· Experience with case management of at-risk youth.

· Manage the program budgets to assure that financial and program service goals are attained.

· Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.

· Experience in managing state and federal funding streams for at-risk youth.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to develop and manage budgets.
