Overview A Virtual Benefits Representative is responsible for providing customer service and support to clients regarding their benefits packages. They are responsible for answering questions, providing information, and helping clients understand their benefits. They may also be responsible for helping clients enroll in benefits plans and providing assistance with claims and other paperwork. Detailed Job Description A Virtual Benefits Representative is responsible for providing customer service and support to clients regarding their benefits packages. They must be able to answer questions, provide information, and help clients understand their benefits. They must be able to explain the different types of benefits available, the cost of each, and how to enroll in them. They must also be able to help clients with claims and other paperwork. They must be able to provide accurate and timely information to clients and ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills

• Answer customer inquiries regarding benefits packages
• Provide information and assistance to clients regarding their benefits
• Help clients enroll in benefits plans
• Assist clients with claims and other paperwork
• Ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients
• Maintain client records and update as needed
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction
