Lead clinical workflow optimization in order to maximise practice revenues, patient satisfaction and clinical efficiency

Oversee the progression and maintenance all existing IT networks across practices

Responsible for business development, account management and/or project execution leading to a large client portfolio (in value and numbers).

Firm understanding of clinical regulatory requirements, and knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.

Experience interacting with regulatory agencies (FDA/EMA) and key opinion leaders to enhance development plans.

Thorough understanding of the biopharmaceutical R&D process in combination with solid business acumen and an appreciation of the broader business issues.

High ethical standards for conducting clinical research.

10+ years of management/manufacturing experience with direct P&L management, and financial acumen.

Implement a manufacturing and operations strategy and execution plan to achieve business goals, focusing on cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain to deliver the sales and operating performance required for regional and global operations.

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Masters

Proven capability to deliver results and drive strategic leadership in large-scale matrixed organizations and demonstrate leadership.

Strategic thinking: ability to establish priorities and is a decisive individual who possesses a big picture perspective.

7 years of sr. leadership experience in operations and plant management with responsibility over multiple locations globally

Deep experience and knowledge of Lean principles (Kaizan, 5S, A3, value stream mapping, etc.)

Proven track record in cultural change management

Work with Regional Ops Directors and Plant Managers to executive and deliver strategic goals and operational excellence

20 plus years of experience in an engineering, operations, and manufacturing

Must have experience working with a global company with global manufacturing responsibility

7 years of sr. leadership experience in operations and plant management with responsibility over multiple locations globally

Deep experience and knowledge of Lean principles (Kaizan, 5S, A3, value stream mapping, etc.)

Experience in overseeing clinical trials and successfully navigating regulatory processes is essential.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results and achieve objectives within budget and timeline constraints. Proven experience in cost optimization and reduction.

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and experience in patent filings.
