Robust analytical skill set, including proficiency in Excel.

Work with Director of Assets to develop used sales management centralization strategy

Develop and support rental Sales Manager ride-along feedback program

Create rental “Continuing Education” program as part of the sales development program

Manage monthly Rouse Analytics updates and create action items by opco monthly

Work with Directors & Sales Managers to improve Rouse KPIs by branch, category, sales rep, and customer

Ensure rental reps are all properly trained and certified to give certification classes

•Oversee the management and organization of the dealership's exotic car inventory.

•Proficiency in using automotive industry tools and software for inventory management and pricing analysis.

•Coordinate with the finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely payment processing.

•Extensive knowledge of exotic car brands, models, features, and market values.

•Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•Ensure the proper documentation and maintenance of vehicle records, including titles, registrations, and service history.

Minimum of 3 years New Car Dealer Management Experience

Experience in F&I is highly desired but not a requirement

Work closely with other department managers to ensure cooperation and teamwork throughout the dealership

Recommend to the General Manager the used car inventory to be carried

Yearly Average Salary: $100,000 - $240,000 includes commission/incentives/bonuses**

3+ Year of Automotive Technician Experience Preferred.

German Automotive Knowledge Strongly Preferred.

Master technician skills a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.

Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers, sales associates, and management.

Complete all work according to dealership applicable safety requirements and published procedures.

Actively participate in the Manufacturer's Certification Programs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant professional experience

Background or knowledge of business/sales operations, ROI analysis, operational reporting/analytics, SQL

Routinely update project tickets, break projects down into deliverables, and complete projects by deadline

Actively participate in internal/external project prioritization calls, daily stand ups, sprint planning, business ops updates, SOPs, etc.

Understanding of with previous experience with budget management and financial monitoring

Maintain complete leadership and management of the UTR P&L

Bachelor of Science. Professional Experience in lieu of education is acceptable (minimum 15 yrs experience in lieu of degree)

Good organization and time management

Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to customers

Working closely with account managers and other senior staff to retain customers
