Our service department is looking for a Used Car Service Technician to join our growing team! Prior dealership experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
  • Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
  • Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics
  • Road-test vehicles to ensure the quality of repair work.
  • Diagnose cause of malfunction.
  • Document work performed on the repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Prior automotive repair experience preferred
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Manufacturer certifications helpful but not required
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
  • ASE and manufacturer certification, desired but not required

  • Must have a clean Driving Record and Valid Driver's License
