Unit Base Program Manager Jobs

5 or more years of Supply Management experience

Experience working with strategy development and/or project management

Bachelor's degree in supply management, engineering, or related discipline

3 or more years conflict resolution and commercial negotiations experience

3 or more years experience analyzing information to make strategic decisions

Strong communications across multiple functional areas and problem-solving skills

5+ years of Purchasing Manager role experience

Ensure regular interaction with the field (including Construction Manager meetings) to exchange ideas, problem solve, etc.

5+ years of single-family, multi-family, or commercial experience

Supervise, evaluate, motivate, & train staff

Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with vendors and make recommendations for any vendor changes

Attend regular staff meetings to share information, problem solve and solicit ideas for improvement

Performance - Manages the supervisory/ administrative staff at the base including recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring and performance management

The base manage mentors each supervisor, as well as recruits and trains new supervisors

Collaborates with other operations groups(Airport Operations, Flight Operations, etc.) to effectively manage on-time departures

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience

2+ years of supervisory experience

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

First 30 days: Master lead qualification methods and responding to advance objections.

Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM

Prior work experience that demonstrates dependability, work ethic, and strong desire to succeed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

First 7 days: Get to know the product suite and understand the sales ops.

First 60 days: More coaching and Ramp up to your quota.

Designated coordinator qualifications are required; designated manager qualifications are preferred.

Ability to understand and implement behavior support plans, treatment plans, functional assessments, individualized support plans, and person-centered plans.

Ability to effectively work 1:1 with people.

Ability to network with community businesses to generate and secure employment opportunities.
