Utilize Electronic Data Management system by scanning, indexing, reviewing, and distributing documents.

Performs record management by maintaining department files by preparing, organizing, and purging, following retention & destruction schedules.

One year of office support experience

Two years of office support experience

Knowledge of English, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

Reviewing environmental studies and other project documentation and making recommendations to higher level management;

Interpreting and applying environmental regulations and requirements;

Reviewing and conducting environmental technical analyses;

Assisting with public involvement activities; and

Advising other areas within the Department on environmental rules and regulations and assisting with the development of policies and procedures.

Possess proficient fixed-wing, collective pitch helicopter and multirotor flight experience.

Possess familiarity with Pixhawk, Ardupilot and Q Ground Control programming and troubleshooting experience.

Review customer requirements for flight operations and deliverable requirements.

Must Possess experienced radio-controlled aircraft building techniques

Candidate must have basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite.

Possess and maintain a valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.

Design of information materials using digital graphics software and photography.

Implement email and postal mailings of marketing collateral; track and report effectiveness of all marketing efforts.

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in journalism, public relations, graphic design, or communications.

This position is part-time position at 18 hours per week.

5+ years’ experience flying multi-rotor aircraft in manual flight modes.

5+ years’ experience flying multi-rotor aircraft in autonomous flight modes.

5+ years’ experience flying Fixed-wing aircraft in manual flight modes.

5+ years’ experience flying Fixed-wing aircraft in autonomous flight modes.

3+ years’ experience building multi-rotor aircraft

Licenses, Registrations, Certifications, or Special Requirements:

Processes information and data in accordance with TCSO policies and legal requirements.

Basic telephone courtesy and functional knowledge.

Gain working knowledge of the physical County geography layout.

Perform UAS work management activities including job tracking and UAV Maintenance.

In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

Perform data gathering and processing procedures related to Infrared (IR) data capture.

Read and interpret mobile mapping applications such as ArcGIS Collector and Apple Maps to assist in mission strategy planning.
